How can my digital avatar help me?
Your digital avatar presents prepared content using a representation of you, reducing the need to film every individual video. Your expertise guides the message, and a human team plans and produces the work.
Will the content still feel like me?
Your questionnaire, expertise, audience, preferences and tone guide the content direction. You review your avatar reference, proposed direction and finished work before approval.
Do I need to be confident on camera?
You do not need to film regularly. We need your completed questionnaire and suitable reference photos; additional reference material may be needed to prepare your avatar.

What is included in the avatar setup?
One digital avatar reference preview for approval, plus initial content pillars. The reference is an approval preview, not a promised downloadable 4K image.
Monthly content
How many videos will I receive?
Both plans include 10 curated, produced videos per delivery month. Videos are typically 20 to 25 seconds, with a maximum of 30 seconds. Monthly planning, tailored ideas, prepared scripts and human-led editing are included.
What makes Recruitment Engine different?
It focuses on leadership, team culture and adviser recruitment. In addition to the shared 10-video service, each delivery month includes a recruitment campaign plan, posting captions and calls to action for all 10 videos, and one 30-minute strategy call.
Approvals
Can I review the videos first?
Yes. Your private workspace brings the delivery calendar, videos and feedback together. Review each video, approve it or request one specific included change before it is marked approved.
What changes are included?
One specific change per video is included. Tell us the moment and what you would like adjusted. Additional requests are discussed before proceeding. Production corrections do not use your included change.
Who checks financial content before it is published?
You review the accuracy and suitability of the message and arrange any required agency or compliance approval. AuthorityOS provides content planning and production, not regulatory approval or financial advice.
Delivery
When will I receive my content?
Your avatar reference preview is due within one week and initial content pillars within two weeks of receiving your completed questionnaire and photos. Month 1 is setup. First finished-video delivery begins one calendar month after your first payment, subject to timely materials and approvals. Delays in those inputs can move the delivery schedule.
Billing
How does the six-month option work?
You pay upfront and save 10% compared with six monthly payments. It includes six delivery months after setup, with 10 videos each delivery month. Checkout shows the exact total payable before any commitment.
Does the monthly subscription renew automatically?
Yes. The monthly plan renews automatically each month. Month 1 is setup; finished-video delivery begins one calendar month after the first payment, subject to timely materials and approvals.
Can I pay on this website?
Online payments are not open yet. The demonstration checkout does not collect payments or activate a subscription. Contact us if you would like to discuss getting started.
